Birth Package
This service is great for expecting families looking for all inclusive doula support.
- Free 1st consultation online or in-person.
- Three in-person prenatal visits, which will include child birth education, hands on labor and delivery coaching and birth/wish plan structuring and overview.
- On call by phone (day and night) from 38 weeks gestation until the time of delivery.
- Labor and Delivery support, providing physical and emotional comfort measures.
- Postpartum Support; I will be present at the place of birth for the first 2 hours. Beyond that I will also continue to be available for support by phone or email up to 4 weeks postpartum.
Nesting Parties.
This service provides the hosting of a gathering to "nest" with the mom to be and make her home comfy and ready for the arrive of the new baby.
This includes:
- Organization and cleaning.
- Help with moms to do list.
- Meal train Planning or Freezer meal and snack prep.
- Padsicle making.
- Planning baby Registry of services.
- Appetizers and drinks for the party.
Postpartum Meal Prep
This service helps families adapt to the new routine, with the help of nutritious and nourishing meals prepared right at your home.
- Choose from once or twice a week depending on your family needs.
- Weekly Menu.
- Grocery shopping and clean up included.
